Dr. Aleksei N. Golikov

Aleksei N. Golikov was born in Yakutsk, Russia. He received his Master’s and Ph.D. degrees in Chemistry from Myongji University (Yongin, Korea) in 2024 under the supervision of Professor Sangho Koo.

In 2025, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Korea Research Institute of Bioscience and Biotechnology (KRIBB) in Daejeon, within the Infectious Disease Research Center.

In January 2026, he joined Professor Sukbok Chang’s group as a postdoctoral researcher, where his research focuses on the development of new transition-metal-catalyzed synthetic methodologies for C–N bond formation.

Outside of research, he enjoys outdoor sports, including skiing, cycling, and hiking
